About Mary

In 1995 Mary graduated from the Northwest School of Clinical Hypnotherapy* in Seattle. She graduated from the Hypnotherapy Institute of Spokane in 1997. Mary is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and NeuroTherapy Specialist™. She is registered with the state of Washington as a counselor and Hypnotherapist and is an active member of the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE) as well as the American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH).

In the past, Mary's focus has been on weight loss, smoking cessation, pain management and stress reduction. In 2006 she became interested in hypnosis for birthing and pregnancy. That’s when she discovered HypnoBirthing® and trained with Marie Mongan, the founder of the HypnoBirthing Institute. As a Certified HypnoBirthing Practitioner/Educator, HypnoBirthing now consumes 100% of Mary's private practice.
