HypnoMothering class was developed by two hypnotherapists, each a mother of twins. They get it. They know how crazy life can be with little ones. In this 2.5 hour class mothers learn fast and easy self-hypnosis techniques to make the most of limited time and sleep. Techniques targeted to the challenges new moms face. It helps moms keep calm and balanced on even the most challenging days.

HypnoMothering’s developers, Kira Dorrian and Tracy Adams, are each clinical hypnotherapists who are also moms of twins and childbirth educators. Over time, Kira and Tracy began to notice a pattern in the stories from the new mothers they worked with in their HypnoBirthing classes. As these women transitioned into their new role as “parent”, each woman seemed to have a unique experience with a broad spectrum of emotions that ranged from total elation at her new life to complete despair. Seeing the need to equip moms, Kira and Tracy created HypnoMothering — extending tools used in their hypnotherapy practices to moms to be, allowing women to prepare for and engage in the experience of motherhood as gently and as joyfully as possible.
HypnoMothering has grown to become an international program with Practitioners across the United States, Canada, England, Australia, Costa Rica, and Finland.
